Low-dielectric low-loss LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) material suitable for high frequency and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-dielectric low-loss LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) material suitable for high frequency and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of electronic components. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing raw materials by using a dry method, screening out the materials after ball-milling and mixing, melting at high temperature, performing cold quenching on glass slag in deionized water in a high-temperature state, drying, grinding, drying and screening to obtain glass powder; then carrying out ball milling treatment on glass powder and aluminum oxide, and drying and sieving after ball milling to obtain the LTCC ceramic material; finally, carrying out granulation on the LTCC ceramic material and the pre-dissolved PVB colloid, and pressing into a wafer; and sintering the pressed wafer to obtain the low-dielectric low-loss LTCC ceramic body. The material is prepared by mixing 50 wt% of glass powder and 50 wt% of alumina powder, the glass is a SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-MgO-ZnO-Li2O-K2O system, the glass powder has good stability, the glass is softened during sintering, and the sintering temperature of the material is reduced through liquid phase mass transfer.
本发明公开了一种适用于高频的低介电低损耗LTCC瓷料及其制备方法,具体涉及电子元器件领域。所述方法包括:先将原料使用干法混合均匀,球磨混合结束后将料筛出,高温熔制,在高温状态下于去离子水中冷淬玻璃渣,烘干后再次研磨烘干,过筛,得到玻璃粉;再将玻璃粉和氧化铝进行球磨处理,球磨后烘干过筛得到LTCC瓷料制备;最后将LTCC瓷料与预溶好的PVB胶体进行造粒,压制成圆片;压制后圆片后进行烧结,得到低介电低损耗LTCC瓷体。本发明的材料使用50wt%的玻璃粉、50wt%的氧化铝粉混合制备而成,其中玻璃为SiO2‑B2O3‑Al2O3‑MgO‑ZnO‑Li2O‑K2O体系,玻璃粉具有很好的稳定性,烧结时玻璃软化,通过液相传质降低材料的烧结温度。
