Manganese zinc ferrite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a manganese zinc ferrite material which comprises a main material and an auxiliary material, wherein in terms of the total weight of the main materials being 100%, the main materials comprise 72%-74% of Fe2O3, 3%-4% of ZnO and the balance Mn3O4; on the basis that the total weight of the main materials is 100%, the auxiliary materials comprise 200 ppm to 1000 ppm of CaCO3, 200 ppm to 500 ppm of Nb2O5, 1500 ppm to 3000 ppm of Co2O3, 200 ppm to 400 ppm of Cr2O3 and 300 ppm to 800 ppm of ZrO2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) preliminarily mixing Fe2O3, ZnO and Mn3O4, carrying out wet mixing, and drying; (3) presintering and cooling; (4) mixing with CaCO3, Nb2O5, Co2O3, Cr2O3 and ZrO2, adding water, grinding, and drying; and (5) adding polyvinyl alcohol, carrying out spray granulation, carrying out compression molding, and sintering. The use frequency of the manganese-zinc ferrite material is obviously higher than that of a conventional magnetic core power ferrite material in the market at present, and the high-frequency power loss is obviously lower than that of the conventional magnetic core power ferrite material in the market at present, so that the working frequency of a transformer is improved, the energy lost in the working process of the transformer is reduced, and the working conversion efficiency is improved; and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
本发明公开了一种锰锌铁氧体材料,包括主料和辅料;其中,以主料的总重量为100%计,主料包括Fe2O372%~74%和ZnO 3%~4%,余量为Mn3O4;以主料的总重量为100%计,辅料包括CaCO3200~1000ppm、Nb2O5200~500ppm、Co2O31500~3000ppm、Cr2O3200~400ppm和ZrO2300~800ppm。制备方法:(1)称取各原料;(2)将Fe2O3、ZnO和Mn3O4初步混合,湿法混合,烘干;(3)预烧,冷却;(4)与CaCO3、Nb2O5、Co2O3、Cr2O3和ZrO2混合,加水研磨,烘干;(5)加入聚乙烯醇,喷雾造粒,压制成型,烧结,即得。本发明锰锌铁氧体材料的使用频率明显高于目前市面上常规磁芯的功率铁氧体材料,且高频功率损耗明显低于目前市面上常规磁芯的功率铁氧体材料,从而提高变压器的工作频率,降低变压器工作过程中损失的能量,提高工作转换效率,达到节能减排的目的。
