Low-loss high-reliability X7F type anti-reduction ceramic dielectric material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-loss high-reliability X7F type anti-reduction ceramic dielectric material and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of dielectric materials. The dielectric material is composed of a main material BaTiO3, auxiliary materials and a sintering aid, the auxiliary materials comprise R1, R2, R3 and R4, R1 comprises an oxide or carbonate of at least one element of Mn, Cr, Co and Fe, and R4 comprises an oxide or carbonate of at least one element of Mn, Cr, Co and Fe; r2 comprises an oxide or carbonate of at least one element of Ba, Mg, Zr, Ca and Sr; r3 comprises an oxide of at least one element of Ho, Y, Er, Dy and Sm; and R4 comprises an oxide of at least one element of Mo and V. The obtained BME ceramic dielectric material has low dielectric loss, and the dielectric loss at room temperature does not exceed 0.7%. The material system is simple in formula, low in cost, free of lead, environmentally friendly and good in application prospect; and the preparation process is simple and controllable, and is easy for industrial batch production and preparation.
本发明公开了一种低损耗高可靠X7F型抗还原陶瓷介质材料及其制备方法,具体涉及电介质材料技术领域。所述介质材料由包括主材料BaTiO3和辅助材料和烧结助剂组成,所述辅助材料包括:R1、R2、R3和R4,其中,R1,包括Mn、Cr、Co、Fe中至少一种元素的氧化物或碳酸盐;R2,包括Ba、Mg、Zr、Ca、Sr中至少一种元素的氧化物或碳酸盐;R3,包括Ho、Y、Er、Dy、Sm中至少一种元素的氧化物;R4,包括Mo、V中至少一种元素的氧化物。本发明得到的BME瓷介材料具有低介电损耗:室温下介电损耗不超过0.7%。本发明所述的材料体系配方简易且成本低,不含铅,属于环境友好型,具有良好的应用前景;且制备工艺简单、可控,易于工业化批量生产制备。
