The invention belongs to the technical field of road materials, and relates to a mineral powder reinforced polyurethane grouting material and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that S1, a polyurethane prepolymer is prepared, specifically, in the nitrogen atmosphere, polyol and isocyanate are adopted to prepare the polyurethane prepolymer; s2, preparing a mineral powder reinforced polyurethane grouting material: pretreating a polyurethane prepolymer, adding mineral powder, and uniformly mixing; and after secondary treatment, mixing with a curing agent and a cross-linking agent to obtain the urethane grouting material. The adding mass of the mineral powder is 10%-40% of the mass of the urethane grouting material. The mineral powder reinforced polyurethane grouting material prepared by the invention not only has excellent ultraviolet aging resistance, but also has better durability and low-temperature stability, and can be well used in asphalt pavement crack repair.
本发明属于道路材料技术领域,涉及一种矿粉增强的聚氨酯灌浆材料及其制备方法和应用,制备方法包括:S1、制备聚氨酯预聚体:在氮气氛围下,采用多元醇和异氰酸酯制备得到聚氨酯预聚体;S2、制备矿粉增强的聚氨酯灌浆材料:聚氨酯预聚体经预处理后,加入矿粉混合均匀;再次处理后,与固化剂和交联剂混合,得到氨酯灌浆材料;矿粉的加入质量是氨酯灌浆材料质量的10%~40%。本发明制备的矿粉增强的聚氨酯灌浆材料,不仅具有优越的抗紫外老化性能,还具较好的耐久性和低温稳定性,能很好地用于沥青路面裂缝修补中。
