The invention relates to a preparation method of a light fabricated steel-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) composite beam. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, cutting a steel plate into a required shape, cleaning the surface, punching, and fixing a fastener; 2, assembling, welding and fixing are conducted through fasteners; 3, the steel bars are fixed to the steel plate structure frame, and ultra-high performance concrete is poured into the mold and cured; and 4, fastening connection is conducted through fixing pieces, and then the light assembly type steel-UHPC composite beam is formed. According to the preparation method of the light fabricated steel-UHPC composite beam, the self-made ultra-high performance concrete is adopted to replace a traditional concrete material, and the light fabricated steel-UHPC composite beam is applied to a composite bridge, so that the light fabricated steel-UHPC composite beam is lighter, higher in strength, not prone to cracking and excellent in durability and usability.
本发明涉及一种轻型装配式钢‑UHPC组合梁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,将钢板切割成需要的形状,表面清理干净,打孔,固定上紧固件;步骤2,通过紧固件进行组装,焊接固定;步骤3,将钢筋固定于钢板结构架上,在模具内浇注超高性能混凝土,养护;步骤4,通过固定件进行紧固连接,即形成了轻型装配式钢‑UHPC组合梁。本发明制备了一种轻型装配式钢‑UHPC组合梁的制备方法,采用的是自制的超高性能混凝土取代了传统的混凝土材料,应用于组合桥梁中,不仅更加轻质,而且强度更高、不易出现开裂现象,耐久使用性表现优异。
