The invention provides a cast-in-place box girder arc-shaped cantilever inclined web wing plate supporting structure and a construction method thereof. The supporting structure comprises a disc buckle supporting frame, an arc-shaped truss, a batten keel, a first horizontal connecting piece, a reinforcing piece and an arc-shaped formwork used for supporting a cast-in-place box girder arc-shaped cantilever inclined web wing plate. Straight parts at the bottoms of the arc-shaped trusses are installed on the top side of the disc buckle supporting frame, the multiple arc-shaped trusses are vertically arranged at intervals, every two adjacent arc-shaped trusses are detachably connected through a first horizontal connecting piece, one end of each reinforcing piece is fixedly connected to the corresponding first horizontal connecting piece, and the other end of each reinforcing piece is fixedly connected to the disc buckle supporting frame. The batten keels are arranged on the top sides of the semi-arc arch portions of the arc-shaped trusses at intervals, and the arc-shaped formworks are laid on the top sides of the batten keels.
