Cover beam support and construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of capping beam construction, and discloses a capping beam support which is applied between a middle pier and side piers on the two sides and comprises a middle pier stand column, a middle pier bracket, a middle pier bearing beam, a bearing beam, side pier stand columns, a side pier bearing beam, beret pieces, a transverse distribution beam and a disc buckle scaffold. After assembly, the overall load can be directly transmitted to the middle pier bearing platform through the middle pier stand columns distributed in a rectangular mode, can be transmitted to the bearing beam at the bottom through the side pier stand columns distributed in a rectangular mode and then is transmitted to the side pier bearing platform, and therefore the stability of the whole bent cap support is guaranteed. After assembly is completed, all loads act on the middle pier bearing platform and the side pier bearing platforms on the two sides, and therefore a large number of steel pipe stand columns do not need to be arranged for supporting. In addition, when the width of the abutment pier bearing platform is small, the capping beam support can still be assembled through the bearing beam. Moreover, when a soft soil foundation or a large-span bent cap is encountered, supporting piles do not need to be arranged on the lower portions of the steel pipe stand columns in a driving mode, and extra investment is reduced. The invention further discloses a construction method.
