The invention provides a hammering energy acquisition system for a standard penetration test and a standard penetration test method, the system comprises an integrated adapter, a data acquisition unit and a terminal analysis display unit, the integrated adapter comprises an acceleration sensor, a strain sensor, a movable cover plate, an upper joint, a lower joint, an exhaust hole and a water stop rubber ring; the acceleration sensor and the strain sensor are fixed in the integrated adapter; the upper joint and the lower joint are located at upper and lower ends of the integrated adapter; the exhaust hole is located in the lower end of the integrated adapter and connected with a center hole of the drill rod. The water stop rubber ring is positioned between the integrated adapter and the movable cover plate; the data acquisition unit is connected with the acceleration sensor and the strain sensor; and the terminal analysis display unit is connected with the data acquisition unit. According to the invention, the acceleration and the hammering force of the standard penetration test in the hammering process can be measured, so that the hammering energy is obtained, and the accuracy of standard penetration test result metering is improved.
