STANDARD PENETRATION TEST APPARATUS AND STANDARD PENETRATION TEST METHOD
To provide a technique, which is based on an unprecedented idea, for drilling a test hole by applying hits to a rod with a hammer while further rotating and press-fitting the rod.SOLUTION: A standard penetration test apparatus of the present invention includes a support, an elevating body, a hammer, a knocking head, a rod, and rotating means. Of these, the rotating means is means for rotating the rod while gripping the rod in an insertion hole. The ground is drilled with the drilling bit by rotating the drilling rod by the rotating means while transmitting the force for moving the elevating body downward to the rotating means, and by dropping the hammer to hit the knocking head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本願発明は、ハンマーによってロッドに打撃を与えながら、さらにロッドを回転して圧入することで試験孔を削孔していく、という点に着目してなされたものであり、これまでにない発想に基づいて行われたものである。【解決手段】 本願発明の標準貫入試験装置は、支柱と昇降体、ハンマー、ノッキングヘッド、ロッド、回転手段を備えたものである。このうち回転手段は、挿通孔内でロッドを把持しつつそのロッドを回転させる手段である。そして、昇降体が下方に移動する力を回転手段に伝えながら回転手段によって削孔用ロッドを回転させるとともに、ハンマーを落下させてノッキングヘッドに打撃を与えることによって、削孔ビットによって地盤が掘削される。【選択図】図１
