The invention discloses an asymmetric open caisson auxiliary sinking device and a construction method thereof.The device comprises an auxiliary assembly and an adjusting assembly, the auxiliary assembly comprises an open caisson body, a blade foot, an overturning piece and a blocking piece, the blade foot is arranged at the bottom of the open caisson body, a cavity is formed in the inner side of the blade foot, and the overturning piece, the blocking piece and the adjusting assembly are arranged in the cavity; the blocking piece is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the cavity and is matched with the overturning piece; the adjusting assembly comprises a first sleeve, an adjusting part, a second sleeve, a high-pressure water pipe, a water jet cutter part, a valve part and a linkage part, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are arranged in the open caisson body, the adjusting part is arranged on one side of the overturning part, the high-pressure water pipe is located in the second sleeve, the water jet cutter part is arranged on the inner side of the overturning part, and the valve part is arranged on the high-pressure water pipe. The adjusting piece is connected with the valve piece through a linkage piece. Through cooperation of the auxiliary assembly and the adjusting assembly, the descending speed of the open caisson body can be more conveniently adjusted in real time, and the convenience of open caisson construction is greatly improved.
