Synchronous vibration structure of steep slope pile plate structure and connecting method
The invention relates to a synchronous vibration structure of a steep slope pile-slab structure and a connecting method. The synchronous vibration connecting structure is arranged between a prefabricated slab and a prefabricated pipe pile. The synchronous vibration connecting structure comprises an upper anchor plate, a groove type rubber pad and a lower anchor plate. The groove type rubber pad is installed between the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate and mainly aims at reducing the horizontal connection rigidity between the pile plates. The lower anchor plate is located at the top of the prefabricated pipe pile, and the upper anchor plate is located at the bottom of the prefabricated plate corresponding to the prefabricated pipe pile. Compared with the prior art, the same deformation of the pile tops at different unearthed heights is realized through the groove type rubber pads in the synchronous vibration connecting structure, and good shear failure prevention capability is achieved; convenience, flexibility and easiness in manufacturing and replacement are realized.
本发明涉及一种陡斜坡桩板结构的同步振动结构及连接方法,同步振动连接结构设于预制板与预制管桩之间;同步振动连接结构包括:上锚板、凹槽型橡胶垫与下锚板;所述凹槽型橡胶垫安装于所述上锚板与下锚板之间,主要是为了降低桩板之间的水平连接刚度。所述下锚板位于所述预制管桩桩顶,所述上锚板位于与预制管桩相对应的预制板底部。与现有技术相比,本发明通过同步振动连接结构中的凹槽型橡胶垫实现不同出土高度的桩顶相同变形,具备较好的防剪切破坏能力;方便灵活,易于制作更换。
