The invention relates to the technical field of sponge city drainage, in particular to a sponge city siphon overflow well cover which comprises an overflow well cover and an edge turning pipe, and the edge turning pipe comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe, an annular connecting plate connected between the upper end of the outer pipe and the upper end of the inner pipe in a sealed mode and at least three supporting pieces. The supporting piece is at least connected with the lower surface of the annular connecting plate; the overflow well lid is connected to the upper face of the annular connecting plate, and after the edge turning pipe is installed on a well mouth, the lower face of the supporting piece makes contact with the upper end of the well mouth. The outer pipe is sleeved outside the peripheral wall of the well mouth, and the lower end of the outer pipe is higher than the lowest position of the upper surface of the sunken green land; and the inner pipe is inserted into a wellhead. The drainage device does not contain a siphon cavity channel, is convenient to integrally cast and mold, is convenient to mount, can more scientifically drain accumulated water according to rainfall, and is particularly suitable for drainage in sunken greenbelts.
