A building external embedded photovoltaic device disclosed by the present invention comprises a mounting frame, a photovoltaic panel, an upper mounting seat, a lower mounting seat, an extrusion unit and a linkage unit, the photovoltaic panel is fixed on the mounting frame, the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat are both fixedly connected to a building, the upper end of the mounting frame is hinged and matched with the upper mounting seat, and the lower end of the mounting frame is hinged and matched with the lower mounting seat. A sliding seat capable of moving up and down and an elastic extrusion mechanism used for applying downward elastic force to the sliding seat are arranged between the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat, the linkage unit comprises a fixed seat and a linkage rod, the fixed seat is fixedly connected with the side edge of the mounting frame, and the linkage rod is fixedly connected with the fixed seat. The first end of the linkage rod can rotate relative to the fixed seat, and the second end of the linkage rod is connected with the sliding seat in a hinged mode. Based on the linkage structure, external stress caused by collision and the like can be fully absorbed and buffered, the reliability of the mounting frame and the photovoltaic panel can be effectively improved, and the service life of the mounting frame and the photovoltaic panel can be effectively prolonged.
