Mobile inspection robot
The invention provides a mobile inspection robot, and relates to the field of electric power overhaul. Four moving wheels are arranged outside the moving base in a rectangular array shape; a storage battery is fixedly connected to the front of the top end face of the movable base. A supporting frame is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the top end face of the movable base. The support frame is aligned with the position of the storage battery; a lifting sliding seat is connected in the support frame in a sliding manner; a mounting seat is fixedly connected to the center of the front part of the top end surface of the lifting sliding seat; and two infrared cameras are symmetrically arranged on the front end surface of the mounting seat. An electric reciprocating push rod is started, then a fixed rotating shaft drives a cleaning plate to continuously turn over through a series of transmission, sundries in front of a movable base are swept to the two sides of the movable base, and the problem that when the movable inspection robot stops moving or bypasses, the movable inspection robot cannot move is solved. The problem that the mobile inspection robot is easy to deviate from the preset inspection path, so that the positioning of the mobile inspection robot on the power equipment is inaccurate is solved.
本发明提供一种移动巡检机器人,涉及电力检修领域,包括:移动底座;所述移动底座的外部呈矩形阵列状设置有四个移动轮;移动底座的顶端面前部固定连接有蓄电池;移动底座的顶端面后部固定连接有一个支撑架;支撑架与蓄电池的位置对正;支撑架内滑动连接有一个升降滑座;升降滑座的顶端面前部居中固定连接有一个安装座;安装座的前端面对称设置有两个红外摄像仪。通过启动电动往复推杆,随后通过一系列的传动使固定转轴带动清理板不断进行翻转,将移动底座前方的杂物清扫到移动底座两侧,解决了在移动巡检机器人出现停止移动或者绕行的情况时,容易使移动巡检机器人出现偏离预设巡检路径的情况,导致移动巡检机器人对电力设备的定位不准确的问题。
