The invention relates to a ceramic wine bottle inner glaze and a preparation method thereof, and the ceramic wine bottle inner glaze comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of quartz stone, 25-50 parts of potassium feldspar, 16-32 parts of calcite, 12-24 parts of talc, 8-16 parts of metal composite powder, 5-10 parts of a coloring agent, 1.2-3.6 parts of a tackifier and 30-40 parts of deionized water. The internal glaze capable of being used for the ceramic wine bottle is prepared, the internal glaze comprises main raw materials such as quartzite, potassium feldspar, calcite and talc and further comprises metal composite powder as a reinforcing material, and part of a coloring agent is added. The prepared inner glaze is uniform and smooth on the ceramic wine bottle, is high in adhesive force and strength, is not easy to crack, and can well prevent leakage of wine liquid and maintain freshness and taste of the wine liquid.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷酒瓶内釉及其制备方法,陶瓷酒瓶内釉按照重量份数计算,包括:30‑50份石英石、25‑50份钾长石、16‑32份方解石、12‑24份滑石、8‑16份金属复合粉末、5‑10份着色剂、1.2‑3.6份增粘剂和30‑40份去离子水。本发明制备了一种能用于陶瓷酒瓶的内釉,该内釉成分除了包括石英石、钾长石、方解石、滑石等主要原料,还包括金属复合粉末作为增强材料,另外还加入了部分着色剂。本发明所制备的内釉不仅在陶瓷酒瓶上均匀光滑,而且附着力强、强度高,不容易出现裂纹,能够很好的防止酒液渗漏,保持酒液的鲜度和口感。
