The invention discloses a split-flow desilting device for a barrier type inlet in a channel, which comprises a silt concentration monitor, one side of the silt concentration monitor is provided with a split-flow port, and two opposite sides of the split-flow port are respectively provided with a first silt separating device and a second silt separating device. The silt concentration monitor is designed at the bottom of the channel, and water flow information such as the silt content and the silt granularity of water flow in the channel can be monitored and collected in real time besides flow dividing and silt discharging integrated with a barrier type inlet and a valve; the two independent sand conveying channels with the valves are arranged in the device, it is guaranteed that water flows with different sand concentrations do not affect each other in the flow dividing and sand conveying process, flow dividing has selectivity, the sand discharging water consumption rate of the device is reduced to a greater extent, and the water discharging time of a water discharging hole of the water dividing device is shortened.
