The invention relates to the field of damper construction technologies, in particular to a gapless damper connecting device and a mounting method.The connecting device is connected between a damper and an upper pre-buried plate or a lower pre-buried plate and comprises a connecting lug plate provided with a bolt hole, and the connecting lug plate and the damper are perpendicularly arranged and connected through a high-strength bolt; a positioning lug plate is perpendicularly and fixedly connected to the side, away from the damper, of the connecting lug plate, and the connecting lug plate and the positioning lug plate are both welded and fixed to the upper pre-buried plate or the lower pre-buried plate. By means of the gapless damper connecting device, the connecting gap of the damper is effectively eliminated, gapless connection of the damper is achieved, and the vibration reduction effect of the structure is enhanced.
