Comprising a cylinder barrel, a compression nut, a rod end connecting lug ring, a cylinder end connecting lug ring, a gapless pin shaft, a rod end guide sleeve, a rod end piston rod and a piston, the rod end guide sleeve, the rod end piston rod and the piston are sequentially arranged in the cylinder barrel in the axial direction of the cylinder barrel, the cylinder end piston rod, the cylinder end guide sleeve, the rod end piston rod and the cylinder end piston rod are in threaded connection with the piston, and small locking gaskets are arranged at the threaded connection positions. The small locking gasket comprises two circular rings which are coaxially and rotationally matched, self-locking conical surfaces are arranged on the side walls, close to each other, of the circular rings, and when the two circular rings coaxially and relatively rotate through the self-locking conical surfaces, the distance between the end faces, away from each other, of the two circular rings changes. The vibration suppression capability of the damper in practical application is improved, and errors generated during performance detection of the damper are reduced.
