The invention provides a method for controlling an adjustable support frame of a building template. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an adjusting control structure of a template support frame; one supporting frame in the supporting frame system is designated as a main supporting frame, and dynamic adjustment is conducted according to building construction requirements; the main support frame tracks an adjustment instruction of the virtual control center in real time, and performs support frame adjustment optimization according to detected and extracted information including a building structure and a construction environment to obtain an expected height and an expected angle between the auxiliary support frame and the virtual control center; a plurality of supporting frames in the supporting frame system are adjusted and controlled; enabling each support frame to respond to an adjusting instruction of the virtual control center, and enabling the expected height and angle between the main support frame and the virtual control center to be converged to set values; and converging the height and angle between the auxiliary support frame and the virtual control center to the expected relative height and angle. Intelligent adjustment of the supporting frame system can be achieved, and construction safety and efficiency are effectively improved.
