The invention discloses an intelligent lifting system and method for an attached lifting scaffold matched with an assembled discharging platform. The intelligent lifting system comprises the discharging platform, the lifting scaffold and a reinforcing and contracting steel wire rope. The discharging platform comprises a platform bottom plate and a ram fixed to the platform bottom plate, and the ram is telescopic. Under the use working condition, the ram is in an extension state, one end is fixed on the platform bottom plate, and the other end is fixed on the main body structure I; one end of a reinforcing and contracting steel wire rope is fixed on the platform bottom plate, and the other end is respectively fixed on the main body structure II and the lifting scaffold; at the moment, the platform bottom plate is perpendicular to the length direction of the lifting scaffold. Under the lifting working condition, the ram is in a contraction state; one end of a reinforcing and contracting steel wire rope is fixed on the platform bottom plate, and the other end is fixed on the lifting scaffold; at the moment, the platform bottom plate is parallel to the length direction of the lifting scaffold. The dynamic system avoids increasing the construction period and using a tower crane, reduces the lifting load of the scaffold, and reduces the safety risk.
