The invention provides a high-content ardealite gel material hardened body and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of building materials, the high-content ardealite gel material hardened body comprises the following components according to the mass ratio: modified ardealite, auxiliary active powder and an alkalinity regulator, the components are uniformly mixed to form a mixture taking ardealite as a main body, and the mixture is mixed with the auxiliary active powder and the alkalinity regulator to form the high-content ardealite gel material hardened body. Pressing into a phosphogypsum cementing material hardened body through a compression molding process; the ardealite particles and the auxiliary active powder particles form a close packing and filling relationship due to differential matching between particle sizes, so that the porosity of a hardened body is reduced, and the compactness is improved; the alkalinity regulator is used for regulating the initial alkalinity of the cementing material, and the alkalinity is reduced along with the proceeding of the chemical reaction, so that the generation of chemical reaction products is slowed down. Under the condition of a certain material mixing ratio, the optimal forming pressure is determined by adopting a relation curve of the forming pressure and the apparent density, so that a blank of the mixture can reach relatively high compactness, and meanwhile, a certain space is reserved for generation of subsequent hydration products, so that the high-strength and high-performance hardened body of the high-content phosphogypsum cementing material is obtained.
本发明提出了一种高掺量磷石膏凝胶材料硬化体及其制备方法,属于建筑材料领域,按照质量占比包括以下组分,改性磷石膏、辅助活性粉体及碱度调节剂,上述各组分混合均匀形成以磷石膏为主体的混合料,通过压制成型工艺压制成磷石膏胶凝材料硬化体;磷石膏颗粒和辅助活性粉体颗粒由于粒径之间的差异化匹配而形成紧密堆积和填充关系,从而降低硬化体孔隙率及提高密实度;碱度调节剂用于调整胶凝材料的初始碱度,碱度随化学反应的进行而降低,进而减缓化学反应产物的生成。在一定的材料配合比条件下,采用成型压力与表观密度的关系曲线确定最佳成型压力,既能使混合物的坯体能够达到较高的密实度,同时又为后续水化产物的生成预留一定的空间,从而得到高掺量磷石膏胶凝材料高强高性能硬化体。
