Aerogel atomizing core and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic cigarette atomization, in particular to an aerogel atomizing core and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the aerogel atomizing core comprises the following steps: mixing a carbon source, a first silicon source and a binder, and carrying out compression molding on the obtained mixture to obtain a green body; sintering the green body to obtain a porous silicon carbide fiber aerogel green body; carrying out strengthening treatment on the porous silicon carbide fiber aerogel green body by taking a second silicon source as a main reaction source through a chemical vapor infiltration method to obtain porous inorganic fiber aerogel; and forming a heating layer on the porous inorganic fiber aerogel to prepare the aerogel atomizing core. The aerogel atomizing core prepared by the method disclosed by the invention not only has relatively high strength, but also has excellent oil absorption performance.
