Modularized rapidly-assembled permanent and temporary combined steel structure bridge and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a modular quick-assembly permanent and temporary combined steel structure bridge and a construction method thereof. Existing disaster relief temporary bridges have the problems of long construction time, narrow bridge width, high manufacturing cost and the like. The bridge comprises at least two modular steel girders arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bridge, and each modular steel girder is formed by connecting a steel bridge deck, a steel web and a steel bottom plate in sequence; at least one U rib and at least one plate rib are respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the steel bridge deck on two sides of the steel web, the U rib and the plate rib are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bridge, and the plate rib is positioned on the outer side of the U rib and at the end part of the steel bridge deck; at least two modularized steel girders form a temporary bridge structure, and a bridge deck pavement is directly laid on the top of the temporary bridge structure to obtain a permanent bridge structure. The modular structure is adopted, when the modular structure is used as a temporary structure, the construction speed is high, when the modular structure is used as a permanent bridge, broadening can be conveniently conducted according to the original bridge width, structural stress is reasonable, and economic benefits are high.
本发明涉及一种模块化快速拼装永临结合钢结构桥梁及其施工方法。现有救灾临时桥梁存在施工时间长、桥宽窄、造价高等问题。本发明的桥梁包括至少两个沿纵桥向布置的模块化钢主梁,模块化钢主梁依次由钢桥面板、钢腹板和钢底板连接组成;钢腹板两侧的钢桥面板底面分别设置至少一个U肋和至少一个板肋,U肋和板肋均纵桥向布置,板肋位于U肋的外侧并位于钢桥面板的端部;至少两个模块化钢主梁组成临时桥梁结构,于临时桥梁结构顶部直接铺设桥面铺装得到永久桥梁结构。本发明采用模块化结构,作为临时结构使用时,建设速度快,作为永久桥梁使用时,按原有桥梁宽度可方便进行扩宽,结构受力合理,经济效益高。
