The invention discloses a sunken elevator shaft for a reconstructed community under the sandbar geology and a construction method of the sunken elevator shaft. The sunken elevator shaft comprises cement mixing piles, cast-in-place piles, a top beam, a base structure, an intercepting ditch, an elevator shaft body, an embedded part and a water pump. The cement mixing piles are divided into bottom sealing piles, inner piles, separation piles and outer piles according to different positions; the cast-in-place piles are arranged around the foundation pit; the top beams connect the top ends of all the cast-in-place piles; the base structure comprises bottom sealing concrete, a water collecting pit, a reinforcing mesh, a leveling layer and a waterproof layer. The intercepting ditch is arranged around the outer side of the outer pile; the elevator shaft is of an integrated ear cap structure and comprises a pool body and a ring beam plate, and the ring beam plate is of an inner buckling top structure. The embedded part is embedded in the top beam and is used for mounting a steel framework of a ground elevator passage; the water pump is mounted in the water collecting pit and connected to the intercepting ditch. The influence of foundation pit excavation and supporting structure construction on surrounding structures is reduced, dry construction is achieved, foundation bearing capacity can be provided for elevator installation, and the anti-floating and water stopping effects can be guaranteed.
