The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a reserved side slope by pre-embedded anchoring bodies in a dumping site in a strip mine, which comprises the following steps: during dumping, when a lower section dumping slope surface of each dumping step reaches a preset slope surface line, placing the anchoring bodies on a goaf dumping slope surface of each dumping step; the anchoring end of the anchoring body is far away from the lower section, and the tensioning fastening end is arranged close to the lower section, so that the anchoring body anchors soil, close to the soil discharging slope surface of the lower section, of each soil discharging step, and the soil is prevented from interfering with mining of a coal seam of the lower section; according to the method, the anchoring body is pre-buried in the dumping process, so that the anchoring body anchors soil, close to the dumping slope surface of the lower section, of each dumping step, and the situation that the soil interferes with mining of a coal seam of the lower section is avoided.
