The invention discloses an anti-frost heaving prefabricated bottom anchor foundation construction method which is characterized in that a building foundation of a concrete structure is prefabricated in advance, and during site construction, after the building foundation is placed in a foundation pit, an anchor rod penetrates through the building foundation to achieve anchoring downwards; and a sand-water mixed mortar material is adopted in the anchor rod hole to replace cement mortar so as to realize freezing fixation of the anchor rod. The method has the advantages that thermal disturbance of hydration heat generated by concrete pouring to frozen soil can be better avoided, and the thermal stability of the foundation can be better maintained.
本发明公开了一种防冻胀预制底锚基础施工方法,其特征在于,事先预制混凝土结构的建筑基础,现场施工时,将建筑基础置入基坑后采用锚杆穿过建筑基础向下实现锚固,并在锚杆孔内采用砂水混合的砂浆材料代替水泥砂浆实现对锚杆的冻结固定。本发明具有能够更好地避免混凝土浇筑产生的水化热对冻土的热扰动,能够更好地维持基础热稳定性的优点。
