The invention relates to a construction method of a foundation-side non-frost-heaving layer and belongs to the technical field of construction methods. The method includes the following steps: (1) adopting steel plates to arrange a separation wall on an original soil layer on the outer side of a foundation; (2) backfilling the space between the separation wall and the foundation with the non-frost-heaving layer, backfilling the other side of the separation wall with back fill, and tamping the non-frost-heaving layer and the back fill; (3) taking out the steel plates. By the method, the problems of high cost and long construction period in the existing foundation-side non-frost-heaving layer construction method are solved. The construction method of the foundation-side non-frost-heaving layer is high in construction efficiency, uniform in thickness of the non-frost-heaving layer and recyclable in materials.
