The invention provides an assembling method for a seabed data center of a steel shell concrete pipe gallery and a data square cabin, and belongs to the field of ocean engineering. Comprising the steps of a preparation stage, pipe gallery prefabrication, pipe gallery post-treatment, pipe gallery transportation to a structure assembly area, structure assembly, structure assembly inspection and installation of a seabed data center. Due to the fact that the outer portion of the structure of the pipe gallery is completely covered with the steel shell, the water tightness is higher, and stronger tide and earthquake influences can be resisted; the bracket on the steel shell and the steel shell are poured together, so that the integrality is higher; the pipe gallery is connected with the data square cabin to form a seabed data center, so that a maintainer can directly enter the data square cabin for maintenance through the seabed pipe gallery; two to three groups of data shelters are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the pipe gallery, so that reasonable arrangement of the data shelters of the seabed data center is realized; and an assembling method of independently prefabricating and assembling the pipe section prefabricating area and the structure assembling area is adopted, so that the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提出了钢壳混凝土管廊与数据方舱的海底数据中心的装配方法,属于海洋工程领域;包括准备阶段、管廊预制、管廊的后处理、管廊运输至结构装配区、结构装配、结构装配检查、海底数据中心的安装;所述管廊由于结构外部由钢壳完全覆盖,水密性更强,还能够抵御更强的潮汐以及地震影响;钢壳上的支架与钢壳共同浇筑一体性更强;所述管廊与所述数据方舱连接并形成海底数据中心,使检修人员可以通过海底管廊直接进入到数据方舱中进行维修;通过在管廊两侧对称布设2~3组所述数据方舱的结构,实现海底数据中心数据方舱的合理布置;采用管段预制区、结构装配区分区独立预制和装配的装配方法,提高了施工效率。
