The invention relates to a window-wall ratio variable open-close type intelligent enclosure structure system which is characterized in that a window opening is formed in an enclosure structure, an outer window is fixedly arranged in the window opening, an energy-saving stand column is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the middle of the outer window, and the inner side of the energy-saving stand column is flush with the inner surface of the enclosure structure; a pair of hinged door leaf type heat preservation wallboards capable of being opened and closed by 180 degrees are hinged to the inner side of the window opening, a step part is arranged on the periphery of each heat preservation wallboard, and when the heat preservation wallboards are turned over and closed along with hinges, the step parts are buckled on the edge of the window opening and the energy-saving stand columns; a photo-thermal sensor is mounted on the thermal insulation wallboard and is used for monitoring an indoor light environment and an indoor thermal environment; an overturning power part is mounted at the hinge; the photo-thermal sensor feeds back to the control center according to the indoor light environment and heat environment to automatically control the opening and closing of the thermal insulation wallboard so as to ensure the optimal lighting and sun-shading state of the external wallboard; in the manual adjusting mode, residents in the room can control opening and closing of the heat preservation wallboards according to personal preferences.
