The rainwater collecting device comprises a PVC drainage pipe, a water tank and a water outlet pipe; the PVC drainage pipe sequentially and vertically penetrates through the auxiliary sliding groove and the supporting assembly, one end of the PVC drainage pipe is flush with the auxiliary sliding groove, and the other end of the PVC drainage pipe is located in the water tank. The water outlet pipe is mounted at the bottom of one side wall of the water tank.
