The invention discloses a method for repairing the appearance of a clear water brick wall of a historical building. The method comprises the following steps: S1, newly manufacturing clay bricks according to the old brick specification of the clear water brick wall; s2, determining the position of a newly-manufactured clay brick, and determining an exposed surface corresponding to the newly-manufactured clay brick according to the position; s3, sealing six surfaces of the newly-manufactured clay brick; s4, preparing a pigment, brushing the pigment on the newly-made clay brick to enable the color of the newly-made clay brick to be consistent with that of the old brick, and recording the proportion for subsequent use; s5, building or cutting and pasting new clay bricks in the to-be-repaired area of the bare brick wall until the repair is complete, and cleaning the building mortar and the adhesive mortar with polluted surfaces; s6, preparing pigments according to the proportion obtained in the step S4, and spraying and brushing all the newly-made clay bricks needing to be subjected to color matching for coloring; and S7, after the pigment is dried, confirming that the overall color impression is correct, and finishing repairing. According to the invention, the purchasing problem of old bricks is solved, the cost of unnecessary flat color process is reduced, and the aesthetic degree is improved.
