The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial boards, and relates to an artificial board with a self-heat-preservation function, which sequentially comprises a panel, a heat-preservation layer and a back board from top to bottom, wherein the thickness of the panel and the back plate is 2-3mm, and the panel and the back plate are multi-layer extruded polymer plates; the heat preservation layer is composed of a polyethylene film and a heat preservation phase change material, the polyethylene film is a double-layer film, arc-shaped pits with the diameter of 8 +/-0.5 mm and the depth of 1-1.5 mm are evenly distributed in the surface of the base film, the arc-shaped pits are filled with the heat preservation phase change material, the surface film is tightly attached to the surface of the base film, and the heat preservation phase change material is sealed in the pits. The heat preservation phase change material is evenly distributed in the plate, the face plate and the back plate are the extruded plates with high heat conduction efficiency, the three-layer structure is organically combined, the phase change material is evenly distributed in the plate, and overflowing and loss are avoided in the melting process; and meanwhile, the sustainability of the board in the using process, especially the using process of a wallboard is ensured, and the self-heat-preservation function of the board is achieved.
