A karst cave grouting reinforcement structure at least comprises mud jacking rubber pipes, a dial indicator, a position changing transferring rod, a steel plate clamp, a concrete top plate, grait, bag mud gunny bags and mud jacking pipes. The position changing transferring rod is placed in the middle of a whole device. The dial indicator is arranged at the upper end of the position changing transferring rod and is embedded to the outer surface of the position changing transferring rod. The mud jacking pipes are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the position changing transferring rod and are placed vertically. The mud jacking rubber pipes are placed at the top ends of the mud jacking pipes and are connected with the mud jacking pipes. The concrete top plate is placed under the position changing transferring rod and is placed horizontally. The steel plate clamp is tightly embedded to the upper surface of the concrete top plate. The grait is evenly arranged on the two sides of the mud jacking pipes symmetrically. The bag mud gunny bags are arranged between the grait and wrap the lower ends of the mud jacking pipes.
