The invention discloses jet vegetation concrete with a slow release fertilizer function based on ordinary Portland cement. The high-strength concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1200-1400 parts of aggregate, 300-400 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 100-200 parts of water, 3-15 parts of a thickening agent with a fertilizer loading function, 0.5-3.5 parts of a thixotropic agent, 0.3-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.5-2 parts of synthetic fibers, 3-15 parts of a polymer emulsion, 1.5-15 parts of an accelerator and a slow-release protective agent which is 0.5% or less of the use amount of the thickening agent, the plant-growing concrete not only can load fertilizers to provide nutrients for subsequent plant growth, but also can adjust the internal alkalinity of the concrete, and does not influence cement hydration. The plant-growing concrete is good in spraying performance, pumping performance and stability, low viscosity can be kept in the spraying process, so that pipeline blockage is avoided, high viscosity can be quickly recovered after spraying, stability is kept on a spraying surface, and meanwhile the plant-growing concrete has good deformation performance and bonding performance.
本发明公开一种基于普通硅酸盐水泥的具有缓释肥功能的喷射植生混凝土,原料按重量份包括:1200‑1400份骨料、300‑400份普通硅酸盐水泥、100‑200份水、3‑15份具有肥料负载功能的增稠剂、0.5‑3.5份触变剂、0.3‑1.5份减水剂、0.5‑2份合成纤维、3‑15份聚合物乳液、1.5‑15份速凝剂、增稠剂用量0.5%以下的缓释保护剂,该植生混凝土不仅可以负载肥料为后续植物生长提供养分,还可以调节混凝土内部碱度,并且不会对水泥水化产生影响。该植生混凝土的喷射性能好、泵送性以及稳定性好,可以在喷射过程中保持低粘度,从而避免堵塞管道,在喷射后又能迅速恢复高粘度,进而在喷射面上保持稳定,同时还具有很好的变形性能和粘接性能。
