Corrosion-resistant high-strength magnesium-based prestressed pipe pile and preparation method thereof
According to the corrosion-resistant high-strength magnesium-based prestressed pipe pile and the preparation method thereof, the outer side of the steel bar is wrapped with the pipe pile inner layer, the outer side of the pipe pile inner layer is wrapped with the pipe pile outer layer, the pipe pile inner layer is made of magnesium oxysulfate slurry, and the pipe pile outer layer is made of magnesium oxychloride slurry. In the field of photovoltaic power generation, especially in offshore and mud flat areas, chloride ions contained in the magnesium oxychloride slurry material have good compatibility with seawater, and the magnesium oxychloride slurry material is suitable for being used as a tubular pile outer layer to be in contact with the seawater. Due to the fact that the steel bars are arranged in the pipe pile, the magnesium oxychloride slurry material is corrosive to the steel bars, and the magnesium oxychloride slurry material does not contain chloride ions, has compatibility with the steel bars and is suitable for being used as the inner layer of the pipe pile to make contact with the steel bars. The magnesium-based prestressed pipe pile of an integrally-formed structure is formed by pouring the steel bars, the pipe pile inner layer and the pipe pile outer layer, and the magnesium-based prestressed pipe pile has the advantages of being stable in structure and high in durability.
本发明提供的一种耐腐蚀高强度的镁基预应力管桩及其制备方法,采用管桩内层包裹于钢筋外侧,管桩外层包裹于管桩内层的外侧,管桩内层采用硫氧镁料浆,管桩外层采用氯氧镁料浆。在光伏发电领域,尤其近海、滩涂区域,本案中的氯氧镁料浆材料本身含有的氯离子跟海水有很好的相容性,适合作为管桩外层跟海水接触。又由于管桩的内部具有钢筋,氯氧镁料浆材料对钢筋有腐蚀性,而硫氧镁料浆材料本身不含氯离子,与钢筋具有相容性,适合作为管桩内层与钢筋接触。钢筋、管桩内层和管桩外层通过浇筑形成一体成型结构的镁基预应力管桩,具有结构稳定、耐久性较强的特点。
