A large-pre-deviation fabricated suspension bridge lower bearing plate assembly comprises a bottom plate, a first bearing plate unit, a second bearing plate unit and a guide device. A mounting groove is formed in the right side of the bottom plate, at least one first bearing plate unit and at least one second bearing plate unit are sequentially embedded in the mounting groove, the right end of the first bearing plate unit is connected with the left end of the second bearing plate unit, and the first bearing plate unit comprises a first plate body and two first insertion plates; first insertion plates are connected to the top and the bottom of the first plate body, first mounting gaps exist between the first plate body and the first insertion plates, and a plurality of first bolt holes used for fixing are formed in each first insertion plate; the second bearing plate unit comprises a second plate body and two second insertion plates, the top and the bottom of the second plate body are connected with the second insertion plates, and second installation gaps exist between the second plate body and the second insertion plates. The device does not interfere with the movement of the main cable.
