Novel assembly type bridge lower structure
The invention discloses a novel assembly type bridge lower structure which comprises pier stand columns composed of profile steel stand column inner cores and concrete reinforcing layers poured aroundthe profile steel stand column inner cores, the tops of the inner cores extend out of the concrete reinforcing layers to form top socket sections, and the bottoms of the inner cores extend out of theconcrete reinforcing layers to form bottom socket sections. Pier caps are arranged on a bent cap, and top socket grooves matched with the top socket sections are formed in the pier caps. Bearing platforms are of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, and bottom socket grooves matched with the bottom socket sections are formed in the bearing platforms. Poured reinforcing layers are high-strength shrinkage-free cement grouting material layers poured into top inserting seams formed by the top socket sections and the top socket grooves and bottom inserting seams formed by the bottom socket sections and the bottom socket grooves. According to the invention, the socket sections of the inner cores of the large-size section steel stand columns are respectively in socket connection with the bent cap and the bearing platforms, so that the construction precision requirement is reduced, the construction process is simplified, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种新型装配式桥梁下部结构,包括由型钢立柱内芯和浇筑在周围的混凝土加强层构成的桥墩立柱,其内芯顶部延伸至混凝土加强层以外形成顶部承插段,底部延伸至混凝土加强层以外形成底部承插段;盖梁上设置有墩帽,墩帽内开设有与顶部承插段相配合的顶部承插槽;承台为现浇钢筋混凝土结构,其上设置有与底部承插段相配合的底部承插槽;灌注加固层为灌注在由顶部承插段与顶部承插槽形成的顶部插接缝、以及由底部承插段与底部承插槽形成的底部插接缝内的高强无收缩水泥灌浆料层。本发明通过大尺寸的型钢立柱内芯承插段与盖梁、承台分别进行承插连接,降低了施工精度要求,简化了施工工艺,大幅缩短了施工周期。
