Construction method for pile foundation in super-thick saturated soft loess stratum of high-rise building
The invention discloses a construction method of a pile foundation in an ultra-thick saturated soft loess stratum of a high-rise building, which comprises the following construction method: excavating a pile foundation hole from the upper layer, then putting down steel casings section by section, and connecting the adjacent steel casings through a mounting assembly; lowering a reinforcement cage, and pouring concrete; an elevation detection device is installed at the topmost steel casing, and the concrete pouring height is detected by installing the elevation detection device; when it is detected that the concrete height reaches the pile foundation height, pouring is stopped; and after initial setting of the concrete, the steel casing is pulled out. The pile foundation construction method has the effect that the overall cost can be reduced on the basis that the pile foundation construction can be normally completed under the condition that the lower geology is a saturated soft loess layer.
本发明公开了一种高层建筑超厚饱和软黄土地层中桩基础施工方法,其包括如下施工方法:自上层开挖桩基孔,然后逐节下放钢护筒,并通过安装组件将相邻钢护筒进行连接;下放钢筋笼,灌注混凝土;在最顶部的钢护筒处安装标高检测装置,通过安装标高检测装置检测混凝土灌注高度;当检测到混凝土高度到达桩基础高度时,停止灌注;待混凝土初凝后,将钢护筒拔出。本申请具有能在下层地质为饱和软黄土地层情况下正常完成桩基础施工的基础上,能够降低整体成本的效果。
