The invention relates to an implementation method for preventing leakage and cracking of a basement floor. The implementation method comprises the steps that water filtering holes are drilled in the lower half portion of a pipe body of a drainage pipe; constructing to form a drainage ditch according to the construction drawing, arranging a drainage pipe according to the anti-seepage requirement of the basement floor, and arranging one end, with a water outlet, of the drainage pipe above the drainage ditch; a filter screen is plugged into a water outlet of the drainage pipe, a cushion layer is poured at the end opening, close to the water outlet, of the drainage pipe, and the middle of a pipe body of the drainage pipe is wrapped with a water filtering material; a reinforcing mesh is laid on the upper portions of the drainage pipes, and then a floor layer wrapping the reinforcing mesh is formed on the reinforcing mesh in a pouring mode. The drainage structure is additionally arranged between the structural bottom plate and the terrace layer, so that the problems of water seepage and water stain of the terrace layer caused by water seepage of the structural bottom plate are solved; the drainage pipes can be flexibly arranged as required according to the actual water seepage condition of the basement bottom plate, so that water seepage of the bottom plate is controlled below the terrace, and the later forming attractiveness is not affected.
本发明涉及一种地下室地坪防渗漏开裂的实施方法,包括:在排水管的管身的下半部分钻滤水孔;按照施工图纸施工形成排水沟,再根据地下室地坪防渗漏需要布置排水管,将排水管具有出水口的一端设置在排水沟上方;将过滤网塞入排水管的出水口中,再在排水管靠近出水口的端口处浇筑形成垫层,以滤水材料包裹排水管的管身中部;在排水管上部铺设钢筋网片,再向钢筋网片上浇筑形成包覆钢筋网片的地坪层。本发明中在结构底板和地坪层之间增加疏排水结构,解决因结构底板渗水导致地坪层出现渗水、水渍的问题;本发明中可根据地下室底板实际渗水情况按需灵活布置排水管,以将底板渗漏水控制在地坪以下,不影响后期成型美观。
