Movable tower crane section foundation and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a movable tower crane section foundation and a construction method thereof.The foundation comprises a roadbed box and connecting pieces fixedly connected to the top of the roadbed box, the connecting pieces and tower crane section stand columns are correspondingly located on an upper cover plate, the bottoms of the connecting pieces are welded and fixed to the upper cover plate, and the tops of the connecting pieces are detachably connected with the lower ends of the tower crane section stand columns; the construction method comprises the following steps: selecting profile steel with the same size and specification as a tower crane section as a tool main material to weld a steel structure foundation, then forming a hole in the top of a connecting piece, and when the tower crane section needs to be connected and used, fixedly connecting the tower crane section with the foundation by using a pin shaft; when the tower crane section needs to be dismantled, the hoisting tool is installed on the tower crane section, the vertical pin is lifted, then the pin shaft is pulled out, and the tower crane section can be moved away. The steel structure construction speed is high, and the construction period is shortened; the tower crane foundation can move relative to the ground and can be turned over in multiple projects; the foundation and the tower crane stand column are detachable and can be used in cooperation with a plurality of tower cranes, and therefore resource waste is reduced.
本发明涉及一种移动式塔吊节基础及其施工方法,所述基础包括路基箱及其顶部固接的连接件,连接件对应与塔吊节立柱分别在上盖板上进行定位,连接件底部与上盖板焊接固定,顶部与塔吊节的立柱下端可拆卸连接;所述施工方法:选取与塔吊节相同尺寸、相同规格的型钢作为工装主材焊接钢结构基础,然后在连接件顶部进行开孔,需要连接使用时,用销轴将塔吊节与本基础连接固定;需要拆除时,塔吊节安装吊装工具,将立销提起,再将销轴拉出,塔吊节即可移走。钢结构施工速度快,节约工期;本塔吊基础相对于地面是可移动可多工程中周转;基础与塔吊立柱可拆卸可以配合多个塔吊进行使用,从而减少了资源浪费。
