The pre-assembled wallboards can be quickly assembled or disassembled to form a space in a surrounding manner. The pre-assembled floors can be quickly assembled or disassembled to the lower edges of the pre-assembled wallboards. The quick-assembly connecting assemblies are arranged between any two adjacent parts of the pre-assembled wallboards, the pre-assembled house boards and the pre-assembled floors so as to fix the relative positions of the pre-assembled wallboards, the pre-assembled house boards and the pre-assembled floors.
