The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic construction, and discloses a photovoltaic construction mobile operation platform which comprises a frame body, a lifting frame is arranged in the frame body, the two sides of the lifting frame are each rotationally connected with two rolling wheels, the two sides of the frame body are each provided with two guide grooves, and the rolling wheels roll in the groove directions of the guide grooves. A power assembly enabling the lifting frame to move up and down is arranged on one side of the frame body, and a locking assembly for fixing the lifting frame after the lifting frame moves is arranged on the other side of the frame body. According to the working platform, moving wheels can be prevented from moving, the stability of the working platform is improved, the area of the working platform is increased, the using safety of the working platform is improved, the position of the lifting frame can be locked and fixed, and therefore the weighing capacity of the lifting platform can be improved, and the using effect of the working platform is improved; and the friction force between the frame body and the ground can be increased, so that the frame body is not easy to move, and the use stability of the working platform is further improved.
