The ends, close to the spraying pipe, of the two connecting pipes communicate with the spraying pipe through the connecting bases, when the collecting hopper is pushed forwards, the spraying holes are in an air spraying state, and at the moment, outside air is collected into the collecting cover, then enters the spraying pipe through the connecting pipes and finally is sprayed out through the spraying holes to achieve spraying and collecting of garbage.
