UHPC well lid and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a UHPC well lid and a preparation process thereof. The well lid which can be prepared is large in size and high in durability and is equal to a high-performance complex of various existing well lids. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and stirring fine aggregate, high-grade cement, a superfine high-activity mineral admixture, microbead superfine powder and a chemical additive to obtain a premix; (2) adding water into the premix, adding a fiber material, and continuously stirring until the slurry is in viscous flow without wrapping the material with water, so as to obtain UHPC manhole cover prefabricated slurry; (3) the UHPC well lid prefabricated slurry is put into a test mold, after a first layer of prefabricated slurry is distributed, a steel bar keel is added, and a second layer of prefabricated slurry is distributed; (4) placing the cast test mold in a negative pressure environment, vibrating for 15-30 seconds, and then spraying an MMA waterproof layer; and (5) normal-temperature maintenance is conducted for 48 hours, demolding is conducted, a well lid blank is obtained, an MMA waterproof layer is sprayed to the surface of the well lid blank, and the UHPC well lid is obtained.
