Green low-carbon recycled concrete material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a green low-carbon recycled concrete material and a preparation method and application thereof. The green low-carbon recycled concrete material provided by the invention is prepared from the following components: slag, fly ash, sodium silicate, tetrasodium 3-hydroxy-2, 2 '-iminodisuccinate, river sand, stones, modified biochar, modified montmorillonite, water and the like. Cement with high CO2 emission factors is replaced with industrial solid wastes with volcanic ash activity, such as slag with low CO2 emission factors, fly ash and the like, so that carbon emission of the concrete material is remarkably reduced, and meanwhile, the mechanical property of the concrete material can be improved by doping components such as modified charcoal and montmorillonite; carbon emission can be further reduced by sealing carbon with biochar, so that the technical problem of lack of high-performance green low-carbon recycled concrete in the prior art is solved.
