The invention discloses a heavy-load pavement asphalt maintenance and treatment process, which belongs to the technical field of asphalt maintenance and treatment, and specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting traffic flow data, and judging whether a road section is a heavy-load road section or not according to daily average traffic flow data of the road section; step 2, investigating and analyzing pavement conditions, evaluating the overall strength of the original pavement and the loose conditions of different structural layers through deflection and core drilling detection means, and meanwhile, knowing the weak condition of the roadbed through exploration; 3, determining a maintenance treatment scheme based on the road condition investigation and analysis result; and 4, comprehensively screening a proper pavement structure scheme based on disease treatment, pavement structure reinforcement, traffic organization and engineering cost factors. According to the method, the heavy-load pavement is accurately positioned by integrating the traffic flow data, the vehicle type data and the pavement condition data, the maintained pavement can bear the passage of heavy-load vehicles for a long time, and early damage to the asphalt pavement is avoided.
