Asphalt mixture rolling device and method
The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt mixture preparation, and discloses an asphalt mixture rolling device which comprises a supporting frame, a first optical axis, a pressing plate, a clamping block, a first annular pressure sensor, a first spring, a first electric push rod, a first moving plate, a thumb cylinder and a test mold placing plate. When the continuous compaction device is used, the first electric push rod and the thumb cylinder are matched to work, so that the pressing plate can be driven to move upwards, or the pressing plate is released to compact an asphalt mixture paved in the asphalt mixture test mold, and the continuous compaction work of the asphalt mixture is completed. Moreover, in the upward moving process of the pressing plate, the first spring is compressed, so that elastic force is formed. When the first spring is compressed to different degrees, different elastic forces can be generated. And then under the action of counter-acting force and the vertical height change of the pressing plate, different compacting forces can be generated. The invention further discloses an asphalt mixture rolling method.
