Overpass bridge installation method
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge erection, and provides an overpass bridge installation method which is used for erecting a prefabricated and formed bridge on a limit and comprises the steps that one end of the bridge is connected with a guide beam, and a plurality of first self-propelled module transport vehicles are used for jacking the bridge and moving the bridge to the first side of the limit; each first self-propelled module transport vehicle moves towards the limit until the guide beam crosses the limit; arranging a second self-propelled module transport vehicle on a second side of the gauge to support an end of the guide beam across the gauge; each first self-propelled module transport vehicle continuously drives the bridge and the guide beam to move until the bridge crosses the limit; a third self-propelled modular transporter is disposed on a second side of the gauge to support an end of the bridge across the gauge. The problem that a self-propelled module transport vehicle construction method cannot be suitable for installation of bridges crossing railways/rivers can be solved.
本发明涉及桥梁架设技术领域,提出一种跨线桥梁安装方法,用于将预制成型的桥梁架设在限界上,所述方法包括:在所述桥梁一端连接导梁,利用若干第一自行式模块运输车顶升所述桥梁并移动至所述限界的第一侧;各所述第一自行式模块运输车朝向所述限界移动直至所述导梁跨过所述限界;在所述限界的第二侧设置一个第二自行式模块运输车以支撑跨过所述限界的所述导梁的端部;各所述第一自行式模块运输车继续带动所述桥梁和所述导梁移动直至所述桥梁跨过所述限界;在所述限界的第二侧设置一个第三自行式模块运输车以支撑跨过所述限界的所述桥梁的端部。本发明能解决自行式模块运输车工法无法适用跨铁路/河流桥梁安装的问题。
