The invention belongs to the field of underground space development, and relates to a method for replacing a temporary support replacement plate strip on the periphery of a basement in a foundation pit project. The method is used for high-underground-water-level underground space development, and adopts the main technical scheme that after the foundation pit project implemented by a conventional sequential construction method is excavated to the foundation elevation, and a foundation bottom plate and a bottom plate periphery support replacement reach the design strength, the foundation bottom plate and the bottom plate periphery support replacement reach the design strength; and dismantling the lowest temporary support, constructing a basement structure floor slab and a wall body, and further constructing waterproof outside the basement. And under the condition that the external waterproof construction is completed, the foundation pit fertilizer groove is filled with flow-state solidified soil. And after the flow-state solidified soil reaches the design strength, the water and soil pressure outside the pit is balanced through the flow-state solidified soil, then temporary supports on the upper portion are dismantled, structural floors and walls of all layers of a basement are constructed, and waterproof performance outside the basement is achieved. The construction method is suitable for the situation of multi-layer underground space development of a high-underground-water-level central urban area, the construction cost of foundation pit engineering can be effectively saved, and meanwhile the waterproof effect of a basement in the normal use stage can be enhanced.
