The positioning block is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting block; a clamping groove is formed in the side, away from the supporting plate, of the positioning block, and the clamping block is slidably arranged in the clamping groove. The telescopic rod is arranged in the clamping groove and comprises a fixed rod and a movable rod, the clamping block is fixedly connected with the movable rod, and the movable rod is sleeved with a spring; the collision plate is slidably arranged in the supporting plate; when an earthquake occurs, the supporting plate can rotate through mutual collision of the two collision plates, so that the space of the deformation joint is reserved, direct collision can be prevented to reduce structural damage, and a space for free shaking of the building structure main body can be provided.
